About the Soul Behind Juniper Sentiments

Hello, welcome! Find out more about the creator of Juniper Sentiments, Sarah. Sarah, or as her friends lovingly refer to her, Juni is an herbalist specializing in Flower Essence Therapy and is also an Energy Worker using Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy to support her clients.

As a trained Trauma Informed Space Holder, her heart is dedicated to creating Sacred Space through Ceremony, with a special focus on Womb Healing and Activation for women ready to heal their bodies and their lineage. 

In her words:

 As a child, I always found myself in two places, out in nature and deep into my imagination. I felt myself constantly pulled into places either outdoors or within my mind that felt like “home.” I now realize that the space within myself is home and that I have created an energy of safety through awareness and memories. This place comes from knowledge that far surpasses physical reality. Some memories reside within ourselves and come from many places– cellular DNA, ancestors, deep subconscious memories, and even intuition. My journey into energy healing started before I was truly aware of what was occurring. About 10 years ago, I actively started to become “aware,” which is when my awakening came to the forefront. Soon after this time, I stumbled into a metaphysical apothecary and met two women who changed my life. They taught me about reiki, what it means to be an empath, and how to utilize nature to better my life, and the lives of all beings in all places. Reiki and energy work changed my life; it found me at the perfect time, which often feels like our lowest point. Because of the positive effects and changes it created in my life, I am passionate about sharing energy work and herbal healing with the masses. I want to help other women who struggle with hormonal dysregulation, or intuitive blocks. And to support others, men and women, in their walk toward peace and happiness, because feeling “ok” is simply not good enough. Through Integrated Energy Therapy, Flower Essence Therapy, Reiki, Herbalism, mindfulness, and the Medicine of the Juniper, I aim to facilitate profound healing in others.
